This class will prepare you for the US Citizenship test!
Becoming a citizen in your new country is a great step. As a citizen, you can vote in national elections and contribute to your community. People who are naturalized, or become citizens, also have better job opportunities.
Columbus Adult Education and Everywhere Hope are offering Citizenship classes in person and online. We use USCIS officially approved books and materials and resources from the USCIS website.
We serve residents eligible or close to eligibility for the Naturalization Test.
Students should have the following:
- Have access to a computer or smartphone with internet.
- Have a Facebook account.
- Be a permanent resident for 5 years or 3 years through marriage.
- Know how to use platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, Skype, etc.
- Meetings are Friday at 5 pm (In-Person or by Zoom Platform).
